Jones, Noline Caldwell

Noline Evelyn Caldwell Jones, age 85, of Catawba, took her Saviors hand and went to her heavenly home on Saturday, March 5, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Ruth Caldwell; husband, Fredrick Jones; daughter, Victoria Francisco; son, Casey Jones; grandsons, Travis LaPrad and BJ Sarver; brother, Steve Caldwell; sisters, Lucy Jean Huffman and Wanda Jones; special niece, Teresa Wright.

She is survived by her son, Frederick Jones (Vanessa); daughter, Minerva Duncan (Mike); sister, Joyce Horn (Malcolm); grandsons, Chris Jones (Carmen), Ben Jones (Beth), Anthony Jones (Suzanna), Zachary Sowers (Ashley), and Wiley Francisco; granddaughters, Melanie Brizendine (Mickey), Angel Hedge (Chuck), Denise Wright (Willie), and Rechelle LaPrad; 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.

Noline was a woman of strong faith. Her faith in the Lord gave her the strength to carry on through her losses and get through each day. She was a member of Grace Assembly of God and loved her church family dearly. She showed love to everyone and would tell people she barely knew, “You know I love ya.” Noline will be greatly missed, but her love will live on through everyone who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Grace Assembly of God, 5530 Catawba Valley Drive, Catawba, VA 24070, with Pastor Loraine Taylor officiating. Burial will be held privately with her family at the Francisco Family Cemetery in Catawba. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
