Johnson, Fay Sowers

Fay Sowers Johnson, 81, of Willis VA died Nov. 4, 2012, at her daughter’s home (Donna Jacoby) in Hubert, NC. She was born on August 4 1931. She lived in Jacksonville, NC.

Fay was preceded in death by her mother Etta Sowers, her father Cleophus Sowers, her brother Ordway Sowers, and her son Robert Dale Johnson.

Fay is survived by her brother Covy Sowers of Willis VA, her nephew Roy Sowers of Willis VA, her four daughters Linda Norris of Sneads Ferry NC, Donna Jacoby of Hubert NC, Cheryl Fidler of St Petersburg FL, Joanna Swan of Springtown TX, and her two sons Raymond Johnson of St Petersburg FL, Wayne Johnson of St Petersburg FL, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will celebrate her life privately.
