Ingrid S. Lowman,

Ingrid S. Lowman, 83, of Radford and Falls Church, died on Monday, March 28, 2011, in INOVA Fairfax Hospital. Ingrid was born in Bremerhaven, Germany on November 23, 1927, and was a daughter of the late Otto and Frieda Schrader. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Harris Lowman Jr., whom she met while he was serving in the United States Army in Germany. Survivors include a son, Henry H. Lowman III, of Falls Church; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert A. Lowman and Rebecca Lowman Thompson, both of Radford; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2011, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Steve Shackelford officiating. Interment will follow in the family cemetery at Bedlam Manor Farm in Pulaski County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2011.
