Ingle, Jerry Michael

Jerry Michael Ingle passed away on November 15, 2021 in Richmond, VA. He was born in Lebanon, VA on May 18, 1952. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lou Ellen Booth Ingle; and brother-in-law, David Phillips, all of Castlewood, VA.

Jerry is survived by his daughter, Jenessa Cooke of CA; sisters, Barbara Holbrook (Harry Dye), Patsy Phillips, and Sandra Ingle all of Castlewood, VA, and Jennifer Litton (Mike) of Christiansburg, VA; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Jerry was a veteran of the US Navy. He was a self-employed brick mason. When he was younger he loved fishing, hunting and camping. He was a very caring, friendly person who enjoyed yard sales and going to flea markets. His hobbies were watching Westerns and Nascar races. He also enjoyed cooking and scratching lottery tickets.

Jerry was very appreciative of the doctors and nurses who took care of him and always wanted to make candies or treats for them.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at noon at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin.
