Hypes, Beatrice Sarver

Beatrice Ann Sarver Hypes (Bea Ann), age 84, of Blacksburg, Virginia, went to be with the lord on February 5, 2023. She was born in Maybrook, Virginia on August 25, 1938, to the late Prentice L. Sarver and Virginia Isabel Carbaugh Sarver.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia L. Turner and Kimberly H. Scheuerman (Jim), and her grand dog, Baxter.

Bea Ann graduated in 1956 from Newport High School and then worked at Poly Scientific for 45 years. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, and visiting with her friends and family, especially her girls.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 4:00 PM, at McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. S.W. Blacksburg, Virginia.
