Hylton, Sarah Pendelton

Sarah Danese Pendelton Hylton, 56, of Christiansburg, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2012. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Billy Pendelton and Peter Pendelton.

She is survived by her husband, James Truman Hylton; children, Jimmy Hylton, Mike Hylton, John Hylton, Jeffrey Hylton, Carissa Broderick, Jonathan (Scott) Hylton and Chad Hylton; and sisters and brothers, Leonard Pendelton, Patricia Thompson, Mariam Johnston and Christopher Pendelton; and 20 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 5, 2012, from 5-8 pm at the Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2012, at 11 am in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery, Bland, VA.
