Hunley Jr., Robert Edward (Eddie)

Robert Edward (Eddie) Hunley Jr., 49, of 258 Hillcrest St., Pulaski, died Monday, January 23, 2012, in the Lewis Gale Hospital, Pulaski. He was born in Wythe County on April 5, 1962, and was the son of the late Robert Edward Hunley Sr. and Mary Lou Gravely Hunley. He was the store manager of Subway in Radford. Surviving are his wife, Janet L. Hunley, of Pulaski; daughters, Elizabeth and Emily Hunley, of Pulaski; sister, Fran H. Smith, of South Carolina; brother, Calvin Hunley, of Rural Retreat; mother-in-law, Juanita Hughes, of Pulaski; several nieces and nephews; and other family members. Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2012, at Stevens Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Ernie Depew officiating. Burial will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. Visiting will be Thursday evening from the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
