I first met Otis 60 years ago when I first came to Floyd. He was running the drive in ( now DJ’s) at that time. He has been many things over the years since that time , but the best thing he was to Harold and and I was a good friend. My deepest sympathy to all of his family. May God bless each of you now as he has been in the past. May yourmemories comfort each of you.
