Hosmer, Thelma Joyce

Thelma Joyce Hosmer, 70, of Franklin, Tenn., formerly of Blacksburg, passed away February 17, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, John W. Neidhardt. She is survived by her son, Paul E. Neidhardt (Maggie); daughters, Anna N. Partridge (Steve) and Lisa N. Wright (Gene); grandchildren, Lauren Tubb, Lyndsey & Tyler Neidhardt, Logan & Alyssa Partridge; great-grandson, Sean Tubb; and brother, John Hosmer. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. February 22, 2013, at Horne Funeral Home Chapel, Christiansburg.
