Horn, Agnes Lucille

Agnes Lucille Horn, 76, of Rich Creek, Va., passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, Roanoke, Va.

She was born May 22, 1931, in Rich Creek, Va., to the late Ross and Anna Liza Wilson. Mrs. Horn was a homemaker, and was a member of the Cashmere Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Edward, Caldwell and Marvin Wilson; and two sisters, Eva and Beaulah.

Survivors include her husband, Eldren “Dan” Horn; and one sister, Ardelia Mae Harris, of Rich Creek, Va. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 23, 2008, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Offenberger officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rich Creek, Va.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 1808 Jefferson St., Bluefield, W.Va. 24701.
