Honaker, Troy

Troy Honaker, 87, of Gentry Lane, Dublin, VA, departed this life quietly in the peace of his home and with his family Sunday morning, May 6, 2018. Born in Pikeville, KY on January 22, 1931 he was a son of the late Johnny and Ollie Oliver Honaker. Troy had earned his living primarily as a seaman on the Great Lakes.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Mary Dorcus Doriscella Harless Honaker; his sons Troy L Honaker and Ormond B Honaker both of Dublin; his daughter Tina Chapman of AZ; his sister Cynda Carroll of Grayson, KY; his grandchildren Ormond B Honaker, Jr., Jacob J Honaker, Eliza M Honaker, Sophia R Honaker, Sonia Chapman, Kelley Chapman, Fisha Ward and Adam Chapman; and several great-grandchildren.
