hollandsworth_joyce_bradleyJoyce Bradley Hollandsworth, 67, of Riner, Va., passed into heaven after a 20 year battle with cancer on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was born in Blacksburg, Va., on March 7, 1943, to the late Robert Henry and Violet Dove Bradley, and also preceded in death by a daughter, Pam White; a grandson, Chris White; three brothers, Robert Bradley, Johnny Bradley, and Richard Bradley; and two sisters, Mary Slusser and Debbie Bradley. She retired from Corning, Inc. with 33 years of service. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Andrew Garrett Hollandsworth, of Riner; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Tim Ratliff, of Christiansburg, and Teresa and Russell Tabor, of Belspring; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Remona Vaught, of Blacksburg, Lena and Norman Naill, of Abilene, Texas, Patsy and Alvin Williams, of Blacksburg, and Bonnie and Wilkie Cox, of Christiansburg; six grandchildren, Travis and wife, Alexis Ratliff, Amanda Ratliff and Jeremy Haley, Jordan Simmons, Casey Burton and Jason Hamblin, Jason Grissom, Billy Joe Trump; and five greatgrandchildren, Anderson Ratliff, Electra White, Atraio White, Caitlin Hamblin, and Alexis Grissom. Funeral Services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Friday, September 10, 2010, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg. Friends may call anytime after noon on Thursday, September 9, 2010, and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday evening at McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, Blacksburg, Va.
