Holdren, Robert L.

Robert L. Holdren, 73, of Roanoke, and formerly of Rich Creek, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald D. Holdren; and mother, Icie G. Holdren. He was also preceded by his step sons, Clarence (Ike) King and JB King; and granddaughter, Emily Page Beamer. He is survived by his daughter, Malinda Beamer and husband, John, of Hillsville; brother, Fred Holdren and wife, Della, of Roanoke; sister, Jane Smith and husband, Johnny, of Pembroke; and grandchildren, Cody Beamer, Taylor King, Heather King, Parker King, and Jessica King. A Graveside Service will be conducted at noon on Monday, August 22, 2011, in Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Rich Creek, Va.
