Hinson, Calvin Lee
Calvin Lee Hinson, age 72, of Dublin died, Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at VA Medical Center , Salem. He was born in Salinas, CA. on August 30, 1942 to the late Cecil and Stella Hinson. He was a veteran of Vietnam having served in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Geneva M. Hinson, of Dublin, sons, Eric and Ricky Hinson, two sisters, three brothers, numerous family and friends.
Calvin blessed many with his talent of singing.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the Fairview Community Church with the Rev. Jimmie Lee Price officiating.
The family will receive friends from 3-5:00 pm Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.

So sorry to hear of the loss of such a talented christian man. I loved the beautiful God given talent Bro Hinson had and the wonderful songs he sang always blessed us so much. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Bro. Hinson was a tremendous blessing to us. His music and his personality was always beautiful. We will truly miss him
