Hinkley, Thomas Bentley

Thomas Bentley Hinkley, 64, of Christiansburg, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, November 8, 2015. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Jonah and Frances Hinkley; sisters, Barbara Jennings, Betty Harris, Kate Musselman; brother, Roger Hinkley; great-nephew, Garrett Wilf.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Hinkley; son and his wife, Mike and Melissa Hinkley; daughter and her husband, Lisa and Tim Ratliff; daughter, Jennifer Hinkley; grandson, Michael Hinkley, Jr.; granddaughters, Laura Wilson, Amber Ratliff and fiancé Kyle Hutchings, Megan Ratliff, Haley Shepherd, Jaylin Shepherd; great-grandsons, Riley Hutchings, Forrest Paxton; great-granddaughter, Madison Hunley; sisters, Nancy Custer, Becky Lovern, Judy Bond; brothers, Sam Hinkley, Vernus Hinkley, Gary Hinkley, Jack Hinkley, Richard Hinkley; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bobby and Joy Radford; sister-in-law, Debbie Bell; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as special friends, Jane Hinkley and Jimmy Stump; and Little Brother, Mike Bonds.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at 11 a.m. at New Hope Church of God, with Pastor T. Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
