Hinchee, Rebecca Ann

Rebecca Ann Hinchee, 63, of Olean Road, Ripplemead, departed this life Monday afternoon, March 12, 2012, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke. Born in Pearisburg on June 23, 1948, she was a daughter of Nellie Snider Hinchee, of Heritage Hall in Blacksburg, and the late Kenneth R. Hinchee Sr. For over 33 years “Becky” served as deputy clerk of the Giles County Circuit Court and was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in Ripplemead. She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Kenneth R. Hinchee Jr., of Olean Rd., Ripplemead; and her nieces, Melissa McLamb, of Williamsburg and Pamela Mason, of Lehigh Acres, Fla.; and a host of dear friends she had made through the years. Funeral Services will be conducted at noon on Thursday, March 15, 2012, in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke, with Pastor Shahn Wilburn and Pastor Eddie Kendall officiating. Burial will follow in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for two hours before the services.
