Higgins, Loretta Cooper

Loretta Cooper Higgins, age 86, of Floyd passed away on October 6, 2023. She was preceded in death by her son Tony Dean Higgins.

Loretta is survived by her husband, Tom Higgins; son, Randy Lee Higgins; two granddaughters and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on October 8 at Jacksonville Cemetery. The family thanks nurse Monica Holfield of Good Samaritan for her love and care.

Gardner Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
