Hicks, Becky Bray

Becky Bray Hicks was suddenly taken from this life on the morning of Monday, March 5, 2018. Born on June 20, 1978, a native of Middlesex County, she spent her entire career as a cosmetologist in the Bluefield, Princeton area of West Virginia. In 2015 she married the love of her life, John Stacy Hicks, and moved to Christiansburg, Va.

Becky demonstrated her faith daily by showing her love and concern for others in her professional career, in her friendships, and especially with her family.

She is survived by her husband Stacy; her parents Alva and Jerry Bray; sister, Amy Short (Matt); brother, Mason Bray (Nichole). Becky’s impact on our lives will be with us throughout eternity.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 9, 2018 in Faulkner Funeral Home, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda, Va. Interment will be in Remlik Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Remlik, Va. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Humane Society of Montgomery County, 1183 Flanagan Drive, Christianburg, Va. 24073.
