HENLEY, William Franklin

William Franklin (JR.) Henley, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 in Christiansburg. He was born April 2, 1931 in Eden, N.C. to his late parents, William Franklin, Sr. and Gladys Henley.

William followed Jesus throughout his life and expressed joy with the opportunity to be with the Lord. He was a Vice-President with the Del Monte Company.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sallie H. Henley, Christiansburg; sons, Robert Henley of Louisiana; Bill Henley of Blacksburg; brother, Jack M. Henley of Virginia Beach. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at a later time at the Harvest Baptist Church, Giles Road in Blacksburg, Va. Graveside services will be held Monday, August 14, 2006 at the Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake, Va.
