Harvey, James Corbin

James Corbin (Jim) Harvey, 58, of Blue Ridge, Va., passed away on Monday, September 6, 2010, in Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born to the late Horace Harvey Sr. and Lillie Harvey. Mr. Harvey was preceded in death by his brother, Horace Harvey Jr.; and father-in-law, Edward J. Trump Sr. Survivors include his wife, Kathy T. Harvey; sons, Aaron J. Harvey, of Blue Ridge, and Paul L. Vaught, of Pilot; brothers, Charlie Harvey (Flora), William Harvey (Charlotte), and John T. Harvey, all of Roanoke; sisters, Jean Moore (George), of Roanoke, and Lois Waldram, of Grafton; mother-in-law, Jean M. Trump, of Christiansburg; brothers and sister-in-law, Edward J. Trump Jr. (Paulette), Debbie Akers (Terry), Shelby Main (Donald), and Jerry Trump (Sue); numerous nephews and nieces; and special friends, Monte Wood, of Fincastle, and Mike Orange, of Thaxton. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2010, at Horne Funeral Service. A Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010, in the Horne Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Neal Turner and Pastor Mike Vest officiating. Interment to follow in Sunset Cemetery.
