Harriman, Yvonne Lee Horton

Yvonne Lee Horton Harriman, 75, entered into eternal peace on Friday, February 13, 2015, at Lewis Gale Hospital of Pulaski. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.

Yvonne is preceded in death by her parents, Elwin and Beatrice Horton. Yvonne is survived by her husband of 55 years, Danny Eugene Harriman; two sons Gene Harriman and Walter (Rebecca) Harriman; two daughters Debbie Weikel and Sharon (Joel Jr.) Burchett; three grandsons Cody Weikel, Caleb Harriman, and Joel Burchett III; one great granddaughter Starla Yvonne Weikel; and one sister, Shirley Long.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Lewis Gale Hospital of Pulaski for all their care and compassion in her final days. A special thank you to Dr. Kenneth Pendergrast and Peyton and Erwin, a special respiratory therapist.

Yvonne’s husband and children will receive family and friends for a celebration of her life at the home of Sharon and Joel Burchett, Jr. at 606 Cardinal Drive (Pearce Place off of Route 11) in Pulaski on Thursday, February 19th from 6pm – 8pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Pulaski Humane Society or Pulaski YMCA in her honor.
