Harper, Shirley Marie

Shirley Marie Harper, age 76 of Dublin went to be the the Lord on Friday, August 30, 2013 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born April 6, 1937 in Troutdale, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Willie & Marie Hall Blevins. Her husband, Basil Harper also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Dublin Church of God. She is survived by her Children Basil & Georgia Harper – Dublin Aurie Harper – Dublin Glenda Harper – Dublin Grandchildren Jerry & Rebecca Harper – Dublin Jennifer Robinson – Dublin Charles Harper – Dublin Great Granddaughter Katherine Wilson Her Dublin Church of God Family Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday at the Dublin Church of God with Pastor Michael Coleman officiating. Interment will follow at the Old Dublin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until service time on Tuesday. Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the Harper Family.
