Harper, James Donald

James Donald Harper, 76, of Pulaski, VA died Friday morning, June 21, 2019 in the Pulaski Health & Rehab Center. He was born in Carroll Co., VA on September 10, 1942 and was the son of the late Delmon and Delsie Alexandria Harper. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Harper and by a son, Luther G. Shewey.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 26th at 3:00 PM from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Akers officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the service hour. A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 27th in the Myers Cemetery, Carroll Co., at 1:00 PM.
