Lucille Jewell Harmon, 84, of Christiansburg, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2007. She was the daughter to the late William and Iva Rogers Jewell. .com

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter William Harmon; her daughter, Lucille Marie Sumler; two grandchildren; one greatgrandchild; three sisters; and two brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret Ann Early and husband, John; son, Roger Lee Harmon; son, Walter Wayne Harmon and fiance, Connie Ballard; daughter and son-in-law, Clara Jane and Mark Woolwine; son and daughter-in-law, Tommie Allen and Frieda Harmon; brother and sister-in-law, Gene Autry and Virginia Jewell; 19 grandchildren, 23 greatgrandchildren, and two greatgreat-grandchildren. he family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2007. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jerry Sloss and the Rev. John Early officiating.
