Harmon, James Roger

James Roger Harmon, 70, of Christiansburg, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia C. Harmon; children, Tina Akers and her husband Timothy, James Bradley Harmon and his fiancée Teresa, Terry R. Harmon and wife Ashley; grandchildren, Mellissa D. Abel and fiancé Anthony Grant Davis, Stacey Isom, Shaelyn Kiera Harmon, Wyatt Easton Harmon, Bryson Lee Cecil; and great-grandson, Jackson Grand Davis.

We will love and miss my husband James. We had a lot of fun during the 50 years we were married. He never met a stranger – he loved to talk to everyone. James was one of the most outgoing and genuine person I have ever met. He always had a story to share about his life or something he’d seen or done in his life. Our three children and their families will love and miss him so much. This has been a total surprise to us all and we are taking it one day at a time. Forever in our hearts you will remain.

Services will be private for the family.
