Hamilton, Sr., Edward Eugene

Edward Eugene Hamilton, Sr., 79 of Ripplemead departed this life in the care of Good Samaritan Hospice and family Sunday morning, January 5, 2020 at his home. Born in Elmira, NY on February 17, 1940 he was the son of the late Walter Hamilton, Sr and Catherine Teeter Hamilton.

Edward served the United Cerebral Palsy House and the Filippettis Dance Studio in various capacities with pride throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves to cherish his memory his son Edward E Hamilton, JR of Buckingham County, VA; daughters Kim Wilson of Ripplemead, VA, Barbara McCoy of Elmira, NY, Loretta Gleckner of Horseheads, NY, and Tammy Paul of Elmira, NY; 15 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
