Hall, Nancy Haynes,

Nancy Haynes Hall, age 82, of Richfield Retirement Community, Salem, died Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at J. C. Thomas Center. She was born in Bassett, Va. on June 22, 1932 to the late William Alvis and Geneva Ruth Martin Haynes. She was also preceded in death by her husband Richard Lee Hall.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Richard Troutman of Blacksburg, Debbie and Ed Galanif of Bridgewater, Mass., grandchildren, Lee Troutman, Emily Troutman, Meghan Galanif, Michael Galanif. Nancy was a gentle, caring and supportive wife, mother and grandmother. She took great pride in her family, always providing home cooked meals, hand sewn clothes and a warm and loving home.

Graveside services will be conducted Monday, August 25, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery with the Rev. Marvin Barbre officiating.

Karen and Debbie would like to thank Tracy, Kim and Linda at Richfield for their loving care while mom lived there. A special thanks to Good Samaritan Hospice for their guidance and support during this difficult time.
