Hall, Luella Elizabeth (Jody)

Luella Elizabeth (Jody) Hall, 66, of Pembroke, departed this life Thursday evening, May 10, 2012 at Heritage Hall in Blacksburg. Born in Giles County on April 18, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Chapman and Mary Lou Ratcliffe Lucas. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Richard Toney, of Pembroke; her grandsons, Richard Toney, III and his wife, Stephanie, and Dustin Toney; a devoted niece, Joey Hope Lucas; several beloved nieces and nephews; her ex-husband, friend, and father of their daughter, Elmer Walton, of Hopewell; and her dog, Cujo.

Memorial services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012, in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 7 p.m. before the services.
