Hall, Dianne Dalton

Dianne Dalton Hall, 54, of Elliston, went to her heavenly home on Friday, January 31, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Moir Addison Dalton. Dianne is survived by her husband of more than 34 years, Bubbie, who just can’t wait to be with her again in Heaven; daughter, Heather and Barry Light, of Shawsville; son, Chance and Terri Hall, of Roanoke; grandchild, Madison Hensley; mother, Shelby Dalton, of Elliston; brothers, Stevie Dalton and special friend, Lisa Bailey, of Elliston, Brad and April Dalton, of Vinton; her K-9 child, Katie; as well as numerous other special family and friends, too many to list. Dianne had an infectious smile and could laugh at anything. She was a loving, dedicated wife and mother. She loved the Lord and worshipped at the Elliston Church of God. This world will never be the same without Dianne and she will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 3, 2014, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at 2 p.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Jason Meredith and Pastor Carey Harrell officiating.
