Hall, Carolyn Fox

Carolyn Louise Fox Hall, 82, of Christiansburg VA entered into eternity on July 2, 2025. Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband Graham V. Hall, her son Dale Ray Hall, her parents Leon A. Fox and Ruby L. Fox, and two brothers David L. Fox and Jack E. Fox.

The family and friends who will forever cherish her memory is her daughter Deanna Hall Linkous (Mark); grandson Blake Linkous; granddaughter Danielle Hall (Caleb Garman); grandson Joshua R. Linkous (Alexandria); great granddaughter Wrenley Emersyn Linkous. Siblings Bobby Fox (Shirley), Big Stone Gap VA.; Joe Fox, Big Stone Gap VA.; Danny Fox (Nancy), Big Stone Gap VA.; Peggy Lance, Dayton OH.; Mary Nixon, Coeburn, VA.; Becky Smith (Lewis), Big Stone Gap VA.; Kathy Fox, Appalachia VA.; special brother and sister-in-law Ron and Pam Hall, Rogersville, AL. Carolyn’s special friends Pat and Jerry Ramey and her furry friend Precious. As well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Carolyn was a long time member of Belmont Christian Church and a member of First Christian Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandma and great grandma. She loved her family dearly. She was an avid decorator throughout the year, but was especially remembered how she decorated during Christmas. Carolyn enjoyed reading, quilting, and attending auctions with her friends.

Special thank you to Danni and Sonu at Good Samaritan Hospice. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations in Carolyn’s honor be given to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Visitation will be on July 11, 2025 from 11:00 to 12:00 at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral will start at 12:00 in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Jared Via and Greg Townsend officiating. Interment will follow at Belmont Cemetery.
