Hale, Nancy Bishop

Nancy Bishop Hale, 75, of Christiansburg, went to her Heavenly Home on Thursday, April 26, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Essie Bowman Bishop; her brothers, Roscoe Bishop, Marvin Bishop; sister, Anna McGuire; and infant son, Jerry Wayne Hale. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Alvin Hale; daughters, Debora Edwards, Donna Marshall and husband, Randy, Cynthia Faulconer and husband, Don; son, Darrell Hale and wife, Danielle; grandchildren, Adam Collins, Matt Collins, Stacey Brewbaker, Alyssa Berryman, Jack Faulconer, Sam Faulconer, Charlie Faulconer, Ethan Hale ,and Jacob Hale; and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers and sisters, Clarence L. Bishop Jr. (Brooke), Celia Cassell, Earl Bishop (Sue), Lois Burnette, and Sylvia Rutherford; and other extended family and friends. Nancy loved everybody and everybody loved Nancy. She loved cooking for her family and friends as well as taking care of them, which she did so well. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 29, 2012, from 1 to 3 and from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2012, at the Christiansburg Church of Christ, with Mr. Dennis Curd officiating.
