Grubbs, Dorothy Miller

Dorothy Miller Grubbs, 80, of Radford, Virginia, departed this life December 12, 2006 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Bill and Sarah Miller. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Robert Joe Grubbs and a son, Jerry.

She was a faithful member of New Mt. Olive United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Edward Johnson, Robert Wayne Grubbs, and Kenneth Grubbs; three daughters, Jean Rivens, Brenda Grubbs, and Michelle (Orlando) Carreras; one daughter-in-law, LeeAnn Grubbs, all of Radford, Va.; a sister, Frances (Joe) Lee of Sugar Grove, Va.; a sister-in-law, Robinette Barnes of New Jersey; a host of grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 15, 2006 at 1 p.m. at New Mt. Olive United Methodist Church with the Rev. Barbara Doyle as eulogist. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
