Groves, Deborah Lynn Honaker

Deborah Lynn Groves, 50, of Peterstown, W.Va., went to be with the Lord Friday, June 8, 2012. Deborah was born on December 30, 1961 in Tazewell and was a daughter of the late, Lonnie Honaker and Anna Rambo Honaker of Tazewell. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Ed Groves of Peterstown, W.Va.; two sons, Christopher Hall and Mason Hall of Tazewell; one stepdaughter, Autumn G. Mertz of Pearisburg; one step son, James E. Groves Jr. of Germany; sister, Wanda Honaker Fowler of Pulaski; brother, Randy; and seven grandchildren, Kylee, Hannah, Haley, Landin, Wyatt, Ean and Caylee. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 4 p.m. at the Givens Funeral Chapel in Pearisburg with Dr. Brad Scott officiating with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends at the Givens Funeral Home one hour before the service from 3 to 4 p.m.
