Paul Thomas Groseclose, of Dublin, Va., passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009, at Lewis Gale Hospital, Salem. Tom was born to the late Paul and Catherene Groseclose on April 27, 1940, in Bluefield, Va.

After high school, he joined the Air Force and became an Air Policeman. He later married and had three children. Tom retired from Bell Atlantic in Radford, Va., after 30 years of service. He was a long time and active member of the Moose Lodge and AmVets.

He is survived by three children, Pam Kremer and her husband, Greg, of Bristow, Va., Jack Groseclose and his wife, Suzy, of Bristow, Va., and Tammy Lander and her husband, Matt, of Locust Grove, Va.; and eight grandchildren, Josh Kremer, Logan Stephan, Mac Groseclose, Emily Stephan, Jake Groseclose, Jordan Stephan, Caleb Groseclose, and Austin Lander.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2009, in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
