Gregory Sr., A. Preston

A. Preston Gregory Sr., born on May 29, 1917, in Roanoke, Va., died on Friday, July 11, 2008, in Bowie, Md. He was a son of the late CJ and Sarah Gregory, of Christiansburg, Va.; beloved husband of the late Eva K. Gregory for 63 years; father of A. Preston “Gregg” Gregory Jr. (Glynda), of Kensington, Md.; brother of Marvin Gregory, of Fredericksburg, Va., and Nadine Allen, of Blacksburg, Va.; uncle of Lee Gregory, of Kensington, Md.; and he is also survived by his caregiver of eight years, Jean Tobias, of Bowie, Md.
