Graves, Ina Mae Cromer

Ina Mae Cromer Graves, 86, born in Blacksburg, Va. on May 26, 1928, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015. She loved keeping busy doing yard work and gardening, visiting friends in need and volunteering at Blacksburg Baptist Church, where she was a member and attended faithfully for many years.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews. She loved life and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Ina Mae is the daughter of the late Margie and Cecil Cromer of Blacksburg, Va.;wife of 53 years to the late Willard Clinton Graves, a United States Navy veteran of Blacksburg, Va.; sister to the late Kenneth, Leroy, Haven, and Carl Cromer of Blacksburg, Va.

She is survived by her sons, Gary Graves, Brian Graves and wife Kimberly; daughter, Lisa Graves; grandchildren, Carley and Leah Graves, and Kendall Hurd, all from Blacksburg, Va.

The Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the Blacksburg Baptist Church located 550 N. Main St., Blacksburg, with Dr. Tommy McDearis and Rev. Todd Millsaps officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family would request donations be made to the Blacksburg Baptist Church, “Land of Promise.” The family will receive friends from 5-8:00pm Wednesday evening at McCoy Funeral Home 150 Country Club Dr. SW Blacksburg.
