graves brooklynBrooklyn Mae Graves, 6 months, precious angel of Donnie and Kristen Graves, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 in the arms of her mother. Brooklyn was born on June 15, 2012 at the Univ. of Virginia Medical Center where she stayed until Dec. 18 2012. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Linda Graves, her paternal great grandmother, Margie Mae Poe, her maternal great grandfather, Sherman A. Collins, and maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Lytton. Survivors include her parents, Donnie and Kristen Graves, maternal grandmother, Gale Collins, maternal grandfather and wife, Dale and Joyce Lytton, paternal grandfather and wife, Jack and Linda Graves, maternal great-grandmother, Dawn Collins, aunts, Alicia and Mike Grace, Tina Hypes and Teresa Martin, uncles, Rickey, Dickey, Dennis and Darrell Graves, great aunt, Sharon Ross, great uncles, Dean Collins and Mike and Dana Collins. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church in Radford with Pastor Don Shelor and Cindy Privette officiating. Graveside services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Central United Methodist Church in Radford.
