Gosnell, Daisy Millirons

Daisy Gaynell Millirons Gosnell, of Dublin, passed away on her 94th birthday, Monday, October 20, 2014. She was a member of Dublin United Methodist Church and a retired Licensed Practical Nurse.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Millirons and Rebecca Raines Fortner, her husband, Edward Dock Gosnell, and all her siblings.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Edward Bert and Barbara Gosnell of Dublin and Charles William and Betty Gosnell of Myrtle Beach, SC; daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Howard Weaver of Dublin, Bonnie Elkins of Charleston, SC, and Barbara and Toto’a Wells of Dublin; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Dublin United Methodist Church with Rev. Kathie Wilson-Parker and Sue Thompson-Hubble officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Dublin UM Church, Mission Team, P. O. Box 577, Dublin, VA 24084.

The Gosnell family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory, Radford, Virginia.
