Goines, Opal Yvonne Kingrea

Opal Yvonne “Bonnie” Kingrea Goines, age 56 of Pulaski passed away peacefully, Saturday, January 2, 2010. Born November 10, 1953 in Pulaski, she is the daughter of Violet Marie Burton Kingrea Surratt Kingrea and the late Garnett Algene “Gene” Kingrea.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a very special brother, Michael Gene Kingrea of Pulaski and a close friend and nephew, Gregory Marcus Mickey of Mt. Airy.

One Daughter- Angela Marie “Angie” Goines & fiancé, William Noel-Pulaski,

Two Grandchildren- Tyler D’Shae Anderson and Darius Santrece Anderson-Pulaski,

Son- Caleb Scott White & wife, Beth-Virginia Beach,

Mother- Violet Marie Burton Surratt Kingrea-Pulaski,

Sisters & Brothers- Diane Surratt Manuel Hearndon & husband, Paul-West Palm Beach, FL., Mary Lou Kingrea Sutphin & husband, Allen-Radford, John William “Buddy” Kingrea & wife, Kim-Pulaski, Teresa Kingrea Mickey & husband, Marcus-Mt. Airy, NC,

Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and many friends including her most loyal friend and neighbor, Florence “Flo” Foutz-Pulaski

Special boyfriend- Johnny Mc’Neal Spurlock, Sr.-Pulaski,

Funeral services will be held Thursday 2:00 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Randall Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral
