Gilleland, Brittany Nichole

Brittany Nichole Gilleland, 21, of Blacksburg, Va., died Thursday, May 13, 2010, at her home. She was born in Baltimore, Md. on September 30, 1988. She is survived by her parents, Daniel and Lisa Huffman Gilleland, of Blacksburg; sister, Danielle Gilleland and fiancé, Wayne Stump, of Christiansburg; two stepbrothers, Dustin and Dalton Smith, of Blacksburg; grandparents, Bill and Linda Huffman; uncle, Bob Gilleland, all of Baltimore, Md.; several other aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Brittany Blankenship and Xavier Barker, of Blacksburg. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 20, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the Sunnyside Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Les Shelton officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery Blacksburg. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at the Sunnyside Pentecostal Holiness church. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
