Gibbs, Nancy

Nancy Gibbs, of Blacksburg, died January 3, 2011, the daughter of the late Ann and Albert Lockhart. She is survived by her beloved and devoted husband, Dr. Gerald Gibbs . She is survived by her four children and their spouses, Jason and Nghia Gibbs, and daughter Clara, of San Francisco, Cali.; Joel and Jordan Gibbs, of Christiansburg, Va., Rachel and Michael Pfab, of Powhatan, Va. and their children, Catherine, Anthony, Joseph, Nicholas, Jonathan, Evan, Christina, Brendan, and Jacob, Elliot and Angie Gibbs, of Midlothian and daughter, Lacey. She has a sister, Kathy Lockhart Rosenburg and husband, Bob, of Philadelphia, Pa. Besides her family, she enjoyed the beach at Corolla, traveling places with her husband and spending time with her friends at the Shawnee Swim Club. A memorial mass was held Saturday, January 15, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Richmond, VA. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
