Garnand, Henry Ray

Henry Ray Garnand, 81, of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on April 6, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Willie Garnand; sister, Catherine Garnand; brothers, Robert, Jimmy, Billy, and Freddie Garnand.

He is survived by daughters, Karen Garnand and Andrea Garnand (spouse Laura); grandchildren, Eric Dunlap, Taylor Dunlap, Kaylee Schumacher; brothers, Mac and Don (Pat) Garnand; sister, Dottie Ganand; sisters-in-law, Arlene, Debbie, and Vivian Garnand; numerous nieces and nephews; along with his faithful companion, Bud.

He was an Army Veteran and was retired from the Radford Army Ammunition Plant.

A visitation will be held on Monday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Horne Funeral Home. A service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at Roselawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Christiansburg Rescue Squad.
