Gardner, Etta Phillips Huff

Etta Olivia Phillips Huff Gardner, 97, of Indian Valley, passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 8, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husbands Simon J. Huff and Guy H. Gardner, and her brother’s and sister’s.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law; Jerry Simon and Reva Alderman Huff, daughter and son-in-law; Judy H. and Larry Rudisill, son; David Gardner, grandchildren; Jeffrey Huff, Tina Cockran, Tanya Kemp, Sherri Nowlin, Kenneth Pugh and Roger Rudisill, ten great grandchildren; sister’s-in-law, Agnes Phillips and Evie Phillips, numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday October 11, 2014 at the Topeco Church of the Brethren with Pastor Mike Varner officiating. Interment will follow at the Captain George Quesenberry Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
