Gardner, Deborah Diane Keith

Deborah Diane Gardner, 47, of Willis, passed away Monday, February 5, 2007 at her home. She is survived by her husband, Johnnie Gardner, Willis; parents, Raymond and Betty Keith, Alum Ridge; sons, Donald (D.J.) Akers, Floyd, Walter Akers, Roanoke; daughter, Dorothy Akers, Willis; stepdaughter, Lori Reed, Alum Ridge; sisters, Gail Keith, Indian Valley, Louise Thomas, Dugspur, Marie Keith, Shawsville. Amy Reed, Alum Ridge; brother, Danny Keith; seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Gardner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ronnie Sutphin officiating. Interment will follow in Bishop-Gardner Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Gardner Funeral Home where the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Carilion Hospice for their care.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist in the funeral expenses.
