Garay, Kenneth Earl

Kenneth Earl Garay, 50, of Hiwassee, died Saturday, May 17, 2014. He was born in Tokoma Park, Md., September 26, 1963, and was the son of the late Steve Louis Garay Sr. Surviving are his mother, Ardeth Grant Garay; sister, Linda Stoots; brother, Steve Louis Garay Jr. The funeral service for Mr. Garay will be private.
