Frederick Wayne Fuller, 63, of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Elizabeth Stith Carter and Julius Delbert Fuller Sr.; and grandparents, Betty Beverly Stith and James Stith. He is survived by his son, Adam Anderson; his daughter, Mia (Kenneth) Matthews Warren, of Richmond; stepfather, Eddie Carter, of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Tyler and Darius Anderson; brother, Julius (Emma) Delbert Fuller Jr. of Pulaski; sisters, Tanya (James) Stith Mahood, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Deana Stith, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Vera Carter, of Pulaski, Stacy Carter Redd, of San Antonio, Texas; aunts, Bonnie Stith Hash, of Pulaski, Janice Stith Hale, of Roanoke, Edith Belcher, of Martinsville; and his uncle, Ira (Margie) Stith, of Pulaski. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2013, at Randolph Avenue United Methodist Church, 1607 Randolph Avenue, Pulaski, with the Reverend Sharon Bowers officiating.
