Fullen Jr., Herman Brooks

Herman Brooks Fullen Jr., of Newport, passed away Sunday morning, August 7, 2016 at his home. Herman was the husband of Patricia Barnett Fullen; the father of Rebecca Francis Savering; and the grandfather of Emma, Atticus, and Rhys Ana.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 10 a.m. in Northside Presbyterian Church, 1017 Progress Street, NW, Blacksburg with the Rev. Dr. Linda Dickerson officiating and Doug Martin offering reflections on Brooks’ life. The family will receive friends following the service.
