Robert Lester Frazier (Frosty), 95, of Christiansburg, Va., passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2007.

He was born in Rogersville, Tenn. on June 17, 1912. He worked as a farmer and moved to Baltimore, Md. in 1936. He enlisted and served in the Army Air Force during World War II. Following his honorable discharge on September 25, 1943, he returned to Baltimore with his wife Dorothy Olivia Perkinson, whom he had married on March 9, 1943. In Baltimore, Frosty worked for Sealtest Dairy as a milk delivery man and retired in 1972 after 27 years of service. He resided in Baltimore until 2000 when he moved to Christiansburg, Va. to live with his daughter, Norma Jean (Frazier) Nelson and her husband Charles “Chuck” Elmer Nelson.

Frosty was preceded in death by his wife and is survived by his daughter; grandchildren, Erin Marie Nelson Wheeler and Timothy Charles Nelson; and sisters, Mary Neil McKinney and Ruby Howerton.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at the Cambria Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Thomas G. Harvey. Following the services the body will be taken to Mays Mortuary, Morristown, Tenn., where the interment services will be conducted. Interment will take place in Bethesda Cemetery, Morristown, Tenn.
