Terri Lynette Foutz, age 22 of 121 5th Street NE passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2007. Born March 5, 1985 in Pulaski, Virginia she was the daughter of Ricky Foutz & Kathy Hughett. Her paternal grandfather; Warren Foutz and infant son, Bradley S. Foutz also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Pastor Randall Jones officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until time of the service at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski
