Foutz, Sheila Diane

Sheila Diane Foutz, age 46 of Pulaski passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the New River Medical Center. Born October 13, 1966 in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late Mildred Earlean Gregory Foutz and step-father, Melvin Medley.

Surviving- Sons- Travis Wayne Martin and wife, Sarah, Pulaski & Justin Earl Martin-Pulaski. Sister- Lisa Dunagan and husband, Buck-Pulaski.
